Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. can salmon, milk, 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1 egg and 2 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Drain liquid from salmon into measuring cup.
Add milk to make 3/4 cup.
Flake salmon, removing bones and skin.
Blend in egg.
Stir in rest of ingredients.
Spoon into greased pan or 1-quart casserole dish.
Bake 45 minutes.
