Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flaked salmon, 3 tbsp. butter, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 c. milk or salmon liquid and 2 c. bread cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain salmon and save liquid.
Add enough milk to make 1 cup. Melt butter; add flour and stir until smooth.
Add liquid.
Cook and stir until thickened.
Flake salmon; add white sauce.
Then add other ingredients.
Shape into a loaf and put in a greased dish. Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes.
