Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. can red salmon, 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Remove skin and bones from salmon.
Add all ingredients except egg whites.
Mix well.
Last fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in buttered baking dish at 350Β° for 1 hour.
