Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can salmon (reserve juice), 1 tbsp. grated onion, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. celery salt and 1/4 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Put milk, onion, lemon juice, Tabasco, celery salt, garlic salt, salt, pepper, and egg in a bowl.
Add salmon that has been boned and dark skin removed.
Flake with a fork.
Add oleo and crumbs.
If dry, add salmon juice.
Pour into a buttered casserole dish and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
