Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) can red salmon, milk, added to salmon liquid to make 1 c., 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. sage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Drain the salmon, reserving the liquid.
Add milk to the liquid to make 1 cup.
Beat eggs and add to the liquid.
Flake the salmon.
Add the other ingredients; mix thoroughly.
Line a greased loaf pan with aluminum foil.
Turn in salmon mixture and bake at 350Β° for 1 1/4 hours.
Turn out onto platter.
Garnish with stuffed tomatoes and serve hot.
