Salmon Fritters
Salmon Fritters is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) can pink salmon, 1 egg, 1 heaping tsp. baking powder, 1/2 c. sifted flour and 1 onion, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Pour juice of salmon into measuring cup.
Set aside.
Put drained salmon into mixing bowl.
Add 1 egg; use fork to break up salmon, taking out bone.
Mix real well.
When gummy, add flour and mix well with fork.
May add pepper.
Take 1/4 cup of salmon juice and add 1 heaping teaspoon baking powder to juice; beat with fork.
It will foam.
After foaming, add to salmon mixture.
Mix well (it will be thin).
