Salmon Divan
Salmon Divan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 tsp. onion powder, 1 tsp. sugar and 1 3/4 c. half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In medium saucepan, over low heat, melt butter.
Blend in flour, onion powder and sugar.
Mix until smooth. Cook and stir 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Gradually add half and half, stirring until smooth with each addition.
Cook and stir over medium to high heat until sauce just comes to a boil and is thickened.
Remove from heat.
Stir in sherry.
