Salmon Chowder
Salmon Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 onion, chopped, 2 large potatoes, diced, 1 tbsp. minced garlic, 4 c. chicken broth and 2 c. carrots, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onion in 1/2 stick butter.
Add potatoes and garlic and cook 5 to 10 minutes, covered.
Add broth, carrots, corn, peppers, corn and tomatoes to the pot and cook until potatoes are done.
Add salmon and cook until done.
Add heavy cream and cheese and heat until cheese is melted.
