Salmon Casserole
Salmon Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. can salmon, 1/4 c. crisco, 1 tsp. onion, finely chopped, 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Drain salmon and save liquor.
Remove bones and skin and flake salmon.
Melt Crisco in frying pan.
Add onion and cook until yellow.
Add bread crumbs, salt and pepper; brown lightly.
Put liquor in 1 cup and pour milk to make 1 cup.
