Salmon Casserole
Salmon Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, liquid from can of salmon plus milk to make 1 c., 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs and 1 egg, beaten or 2 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Saute onion in a small amount of oil.
