Salmon Casserole
Salmon Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 14 oz. can red salmon with juice, 2 large eggs, lemon juice from 1/2 lemon, bread crumbs (about 1 c. or less) and fresh grated sharp cheddar cheese (1/2 c. or to taste), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Mix all ingredients, reserving a small portion of the grated Cheddar cheese on the side.
Put mixture into a casserole dish and sprinkle reserved sharp Cheddar on top. Bake in oven for 40 minutes.
