Salmon Canapes
Salmon Canapes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can (7 3/4 oz.) red salmon, drained, boned and flaked, 2 tbsp. minced celery, 2 tbsp. minced green onion, including some tops, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise and 1/2 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In a small bowl, mix salmon, celery and minced green onion. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper and liquid smoke.
Mix well.
Cover and chill at least 1 hour to develop flavor or up to 24 hours.
Just before serving, place a cucumber slice on crackers or toast.
Top with salmon mixture and garnish with green onion slices and watercress.
Makes 1 cup.
