Salmon Cakes
Salmon Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can pink salmon, 1/2 c. corn meal, 1/4 c. flour, salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Prepare salmon by making sure there are no bones or anything in the salmon you may remove.
Add all ingredients together.
You can add chopped onion, if you desire.
Thoroughly mix and press the mixture into small, 3-inch wide patties.
Place in a large frying pan in oil just enough to cover the bottom of the pan well. Fry; turn as each side browns.
Remove.
