Salmon Cakes
Salmon Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can salmon, 1 egg, beaten, 1/4 c. mayonnaise, 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 1/2 tsp. mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine egg, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and pepper until well blended.
Stir in bread crumbs.
Fold in salmon. Shape mixture into 4 patties about 3/4-inch thick.
Coat all sides with crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with cocktail sauce, if desired.
