Salmon Cakes
Salmon Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can salmon, drain and clean, 1/3 c. cracker crumbs, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp. lemon juice and 2 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt margarine; add onion, celery and green pepper and saute. Combine all ingredients.
Shape into small cakes.
Place in refrigerator for an hour or so.
