Salmon Caesar is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 2 c. milk, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 6 oz. pkg. caesar croutons and 1 lb. can salmon, flaked (you can also use fresh baked salmon - good idea for leftover salmon), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In medium bowl, beat together eggs, milk and soup.

Stir in croutons, flaked salmon, green pepper and onion.

Pour into buttered 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.

Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until set in center.
