Salmon Balls
Salmon Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can salmon, 1 c. cooked rice, 1 tbsp. onion, parsley and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix all ingredients, except soup.
Form balls and put in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Cover with 1 cup mushroom soup mixed with 1 can of water.
(I use 1/2 milk and 1/2 water.)
Bake for 35 minutes at 350Β°.
Serves 4 to 6.
