Salmon Ball
Salmon Ball is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. (1 lb. can) drained salmon, 8 oz. softened cream cheese, 1 tbsp. minced onion, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 tsp. prepared horseradish, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine all ingredients except parsley in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm enough to shape into a ball. Shape mixture into a ball and roll in parsley or garnish with parsley in a dish.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with crackers or on rye bread.
