Salmon Ball

Drain salmon, remove skin and ribs.
Flake with a fork.
Cream the cream cheese and blend in lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt, Worcestershire, cayenne and liquid smoke.
Blend well.
Add salmon.
Shape and roll in parsley and nuts.
Chill.
