Salmon Ball
Salmon Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 14-15 oz. can flaked salmon (bones and skin removed), 3-5 green onions, finely minced, 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp. garlic powder and 1 bunch fresh parsley, finely minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix salmon, cream cheese and green onions in mixing bowl.
Add lemon juice and garlic powder to taste.
Mix well.
Chill several hours before serving, or make day before.
Before serving, form into ball and roll in minced parsley.
Chill until ready to use. Serve with crackers.
