Salmon Appetizer
Salmon Appetizer is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can (15 oz.) samon, 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, 4 tbsp. mild or medium salsa, 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley and 1 tsp. dried cilantro, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Drain salmon; remove bones.
In small bowl, combine salmon, cream cheese, salsa, parsley and cilantro.
Add cumin, if desired. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the salmon mixture over each tortilla.
Roll tortilla up tightly and wrap individually with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
Slice into bite-size pieces.
Yields about 48 appetizers.
