Salisbury Steaks
Salisbury Steaks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste, 1 tbsp. oil, 1 large onion, sliced into rings and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Shape ground beef into 8 patties; sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Brown lightly on both sides in oil in skillet; remove to 11 x 14-inch baking dish.
Top with onion rings.
Add flour and water to drippings in skillet, stirring to deglaze.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Pour over patties.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes and green peas.
