Salisbury Steak
Salisbury Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can fresh onion soup, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1 egg and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix 1/3 cup soup (undiluted), beef, bread crumbs, eggs, salt and pepper.
Shape into patties and brown.
Mix flour and remaining soup.
Then add remaining ingredients and blend.
Pour mixture over patties.
Cover and simmer over low heat about 20 minutes.
Baste occasionally or in crock-pot for a couple of hours.
