Salisbury Steak
Salisbury Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. hamburger, 1 c. italian bread crumbs, 1 c. water, 1 tsp. salt and 1 onion, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix everything but soup and Gravy Master.
Pack on a cookie sheet; let stand overnight in fridge.
Cut into squares.
Coat in flour and fry in a little Crisco until brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Cover with the 4 cans of soup that have been diluted with 4 cans of water and enough Kitchen Bouquet to make brown.
Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350Β°.
Serve with mashed potatoes covered with the gravy mixture.
