Salisbury Steak
Salisbury Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. corn flakes, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. barbecue sauce and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Crush cornflakes to 3/4 cup.
Place in large mixing bowl.
Add egg and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce, salt and pepper.
Mix thoroughly. Add ground beef.
Mix only until combined.
Shape into 6 oval patties, 3/4 inch thick.
Place on lightly greased or foil-lined pan.
Brush with remaining barbecue sauce.
Bake at 375Β° for about 20 minutes for medium done, shorter or longer baking time to preference.
Do not turn while baking.
