Salami

Mix all ingredients. Put in a covered bowl in refrigerator. On the second day mix and return to refrigerator.
Third day do the same procedure.
Fourth day form into three rolls, place on broiler rack and bake 6 hours at 150° and 2 hours at 200°, turning every 2 hours.
