Salad Pizza
Salad Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 (17 1/2 oz.) pkg. frozen puffed pastry (1 sheet), 3 c. torn, mixed greens (such as spinach, romaine and iceberg), 6 cherry tomatoes, quartered, 1/2 c. sliced, pitted, ripe olives (optional) and thin slices of green and/or red peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Crust
Thaw pastry according to directions.
On lightly floured surface, roll pastry into a 12-inch circle.
Place on a large baking sheet.
Use a fork to prick bottom.
Bake at 375Β° for 15 to 18 minutes.
Pastry will shrink.
