Salad Dressing
Salad Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 c. vinegar, 1 c. salad oil, 1/2 small jar mustard (about 3 tbsp.) and 1/2 jar horseradish (about 3 tbsp.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix together the sugar and vinegar.
Heat until sugar is melted but do not boil.
Add oil, mustard, horseradish, ketchup and onion.
Mix thoroughly. Bottle.
Keep in refrigerator.
