(3 oz.) orange flavored gelatin, 1 envelope (1 oz.) unflavored gelatin, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 can (15 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple packed in juice, drained (reserve juice) and 2 c. orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In small saucepan combine orange flavored and unflavored gelatins, sugar and juice from pineapple.

Cook over low heat 5 minutes, until gelatins and sugar are dissolved, stirring constantly.

Transfer to large bowl.

Add pineapple, orange juice, yogurt, carrots and salt.

Chill 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally, until mixture is the consistency of unbeaten egg whites.

Coat an 8-cup mold with Pam.

Pour mixture into mold. Chill overnight until firm.
