Sail Along Salad
Sail Along Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 c. cooked rice, 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, reserve juice, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 tsp. prepared mustard and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place rice in a large bowl.
Pour pineapple liquid into small bowl.
Beat in mayonnaise, mustard and salt.
To rice, add pineapple chunks, peppers, onions and ham.
Add dressing and mix well.
Add cheese.
Toss lightly.
Chill at least one hour.
Top with slivered almonds.
Serves 6 to 8.
