Sage Chicken

Skin, debone and cube chicken.
Saute in hot oil until brown. Drain excess oil and fat.
Add cream of mushroom soup, sage and mushrooms with liquid.
Stir well.
Simmer, covered, 45 minutes to 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
Add noodles.
Stir and serve immediately.
