Saccharin Pickles
Saccharin Pickles is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. vinegar, 6 c. water, 10 whole saccharin tablets, cucumbers and salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Bring the vinegar, water and saccharin to a rolling boil.
Drop in medium cucumbers a few at a time.
Stir around in solution until color begins to change; don't leave in vinegar solution too long or they may get soft.
Pack in jars.
Add 2 teaspoons of salt per quart.
Cover well with vinegar solution.
