S. O. S. is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 onion, chopped, 1 clove garlic, chopped, black pepper and seasoned salt to taste and 1/4 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown ground beef until it crumbles and is very brown.
Remove all juices.
Add onion and continue browning, then add garlic. Add pepper and salt.
Mix 1/2 cup flour and 1 cup milk together and pour in meat mixture.
Add milk and water to make it the thickness you desire.
Add the margarine and stir until it is melted.
Serve over toast.
