S'More Cookie Bars
S'More Cookie Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, softened, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat oven to 350°.
Grease 8-inch square baking pan.
In large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla; beat well.
Stir together flour, crumbs, baking powder and salt.
Add to the butter mixture and beat until well blended.
Press 1/2 dough into pan.
Arrange bars over dough, breaking as needed to fit.
Spread with Marshmallow Crème. Scatter bits of remaining dough over Marshmallow Crème; carefully press to form a layer.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool completely and cut.
