Russian Tea
Russian Tea is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. sugar, 1 tsp. grated lemon rind, 1 tsp. grated orange rind, 1/2 c. water and 1 (2-inch) stick cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine first 6 ingredients; boil 10 minutes.
Remove cinnamon.
Add fruit juices, and place over low heat.
Pour the boiling water over tea; let stand (steep) 10 minutes or until of strength desired.
Strain into fruit juices.
Serve piping hot. Makes about 5 to 6 servings.
