Russian Tea is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 c. water, 3 c. sugar, 1/2 tbsp. whole cloves, 2 1/2 tbsp. tea and juice of 4 lemons, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Boil the water and sugar 5 minutes. Add cloves and tea (tie in bag).
Boil 5 minutes more. Simmer 10 minutes. Add orange and lemon juices. Serve hot or cold.
