Russian Tea
Russian Tea is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 qt. water, 3 c. fresh orange juice (from 6 oranges), 3 sticks cinnamon, 18 oz. can unsweetened pineapple juice and 5 tbsp. loose tea, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Add orange juice, lemon juice and sugar to tea (which you have already made with 2 quarts of water).
To this add cinnamon and cloves (which have been tied in cheesecloth).
Bring to a boil, turn down to simmer.
Simmer for 45 minutes.
Remove bag with spices.
Add pineapple juice.
Refrigerate.
Before serving, heat it up.
