Russian Salad
Russian Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes lime jello, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 1 small bag miniature marshmallows, 1 1/2 c. hot water and 1 c. pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dissolve jello, miniature marshmallows, cream cheese and water.
Let cool.
Add pecans, mayonnaise, pineapple with juice and milk.
Chill until firm and keep refrigerated.
