Russian Salad
Russian Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large cream cheese (room temperature), 1 pkg. large lemon jello, 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 28 regular size marshmallows and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

On low heat, cook the first 4 ingredients until dissolved, stirring constantly. Cool, then add the remaining ingredients. Stir well.
Pour into an oblong baking dish.
Cool in the refrigerator until mixture congeals.
Serve by cutting into squares.
