Russian Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. mushrooms, 1 onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. butter, sour cream and 5 oz. longhorn cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute the mushrooms and onion in the butter for 3 to 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour into a greased casserole.
