Russian Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 4-6 chicken breasts (boneless or bone in), 1 jar apricot preserves, 1 small bottle russian dressing and 1 pkg. onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Wash and dry chicken.
Mix preserves, dressing and soup mix in a bowl thoroughly.
Place chicken in a greased baking dish. Pour the sauce over chicken.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 40-50 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Serve with rice.
