Russian Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. boneless chicken, 1/2 bottle russian salad dressing, 1/2 jar (large) apricot preserves, 1 envelope onion soup mix and 1 small can crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
