Russian Chicken
Russian Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 bottle red russian dressing, 1 (12 oz.) jar apricot jam, 1 envelope onion soup mix, 1 c. water and 3 to 4 lb. chicken parts (any type will do), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix together all ingredients, except chicken.
Marinade will be a little lumpy.
Pour over chicken and marinate at least 2 hours.
Cook chicken as is for 45 to 50 minutes in 350Β° oven.
