Rumaki
Rumaki is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box chicken livers, 1 lb. bacon, 1 c. buttermilk, self-rising flour and 2 to 3 tbsp. mustard (dijon hot), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Wash and halve livers.
Drain well.
Put livers in buttermilk. Place 2 to 2 1/2 cups of flour in bag.
Place livers in bag.
Shake well.
Preheat oven to 400°.
Wrap each liver in a piece of bacon. (Cut bacon in half or thirds; make it long enough to go around livers.)
Place wrapped liver on a broiler pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake livers 25 to 30 minutes at 400° or until bacon is crisp.
