Rum Sauce
Rum Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1 stick oleo, 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. flour and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Bring to boil in medium saucepan the water and oleo.
Sift together sugar, flour and salt.
Add oleo mixture.
Add vanilla, butter and rum flavorings.
Cook until it bubbles.
Serve hot over bread pudding.
