Rum Cake
Rum Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts, 1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix (without pudding), 1 (3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding, 4 eggs and 1/2 c. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Sprinkle nuts over bottom of 10-inch tube pan which has been greased and floured.
Mix all ingredients and pour over nuts. Bake 1 hour at 325Β°.
Cool, prick top and spoon glaze over all.
