Rum Cake
Rum Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding, 1 pkg. duncan hines butter recipe cake mix, 2 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. rum extract (add enough water to equal 1/2 c.) and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine nuts in bottom of pan.
In a large bowl, put cake and pudding mixes.
Add rum extract, oil, water and eggs.
Mix for 2 minutes. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
Remove and pour on hot Rum Glaze.
