Rum Balls
Rum Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1-6 oz. pkg. (1 cup) semi sweet chocolate pieces or chips, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/3 c. rum, 3 tbsp. light corn syrup and 2 c. crushed vanilla wafers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In saucepan, melt chocolate over low heat.
Remove from heat, stir in sugar, rum, syrup and salt.
Fold in wafers and nuts.
Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar.
Place on cookie sheet and chill.
Store in airtight container.
