Rum Balls
Rum Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. vanilla crumbs, 1 c. confectioners sugar, 3 tbsp. light corn syrup (or substitute honey), 2 tbsp. cocoa and 1 c. finely chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix ingredients with hands.
Make into small balls.
Roll into additional confectioners sugar.
Store in tightly closed plastic bag or covered container.
They may be rolled into confectioners sugar again after storage (if desired).
