Rum Balls
Rum Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. vanilla wafers, 2 tbsp. cocoa, 2 tbsp. dark karo syrup, 1 c. ground nuts and 1 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream all ingredients, but only half the nuts.
Chill for 2 hours.
Roll into 1-inch balls and then roll balls into remaining nuts to coat.
Keep chilled.
